How it works
Enter a pickup, a destination, your date, and your party size. The calculator factors live distance, dwell-time at airports, tolls, gratuity, and time-of-day surcharges into a single number. The number you see is the number you pay — even if traffic adds twenty minutes to your trip.
For JFK, LGA, EWR, HPN, TEB, and FRG transfers, the price already includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait time, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, and assistance with luggage. International arrivals get 90 minutes.
What it covers
All six service tiers are supported out of the gate: Airport Transfer, As-Directed Hourly, Point-to-Point, Corporate Black Car, Special Events, and Group Transportation. Switch between sedan, premium sedan, luxury SUV, and Sprinter van and watch the rate update live.
Corporate account holders see negotiated rates automatically once signed in. Travel managers can export a quote as a PDF directly from the result screen.
Availability
The calculator is live across the TriState Ride site, the mobile booking flow, and the corporate portal. We will continue to expand coverage into the DC and New England corridors over the coming weeks.
